Returns

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please note that products returned outside the 30-day window or in damaged/used condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that meet the return criteria. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Contact our support team at support@vividvesselco.com to initiate the exchange.
  2. Ship the product back in new condition.
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send the replacement item.

Exchanges are limited to items of equal or lesser value.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Refunds will include the purchase price of the product, excluding return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days depending on customer location.
  • Shipping: Free on all orders.
